This year has seen an exceptional pairing of casks from two highly respected Australian mainland distilleries to create a marriage of second-fill premium Bourbon and Apera casks from Black Gate and Fleurieu. -

The art of creating a tapestry is equal parts passion and precision. In an intricate weaving of barrels, our Tapestry was threaded together using a selection of Bourbon barrels carefully integrated with Apera barriques. -
Lively, sweet with depth of flavour, this Apera whisky perfectly encapsulates the collective ‘personalities’ that have gone into creating this release. Krissy, Viv, Anna and Carolyn – women whose humour, encouragement and generosity of spirit continue to lift and inspire us. If ever all four were in a room we could guarantee Never A Dull Moment! -
