A collaboration over the years between friends, Country to Coast #4 continues to be a limited edition peated whisky. This year has seen an exceptional pairing of casks from two highly respected Australian mainland distilleries to create a marriage of second-fill premium Bourbon and Apera casks from Black Gate and Fleurieu. -
Here at Fleurieu Distillery we rarely release single casks. Don Quixote is an exception. Sourced from one of our Barrels of Gratitude, it exhibits quintessential Apera matured whisky at cask strength. -
